DeepOcean and Edda Freya win contract
Our new vessel Edda Freya, due to arrive Q1 2016, will perform installation work on the Maria development in the Norwegian Sea. DeepOcean writes in their press release today that the work will commence Q3 2016.

All personnel safe after mooring launch accident
Two of our crewmembers were rescued yesterday as one of our mooring launches capsized during a towing operation at Fawley Marine Terminal 20:10 UK local time.

Solent Towage and Höegh Osaka
Solent Towage’s involvement with the stricken ‘Höegh Osaka’ began late in the evening of January 3rd 2015 when one of the Fawley based tugs was called by Southampton VTS to proceed to the assistance of the vessel which was in difficulty at the Bramble Bank.
