Friday April 15th, the largest offshore vessel in the history of Østensjø Rederi was given her name by Godmother Kjersti Bårdsen. The Naming Ceremony was held at Kleven Ship Yard in Ulsteinvik, Norway.

Edda Freya is on charter for DeepOcean and will perform installation work on the Maria development in the Norwegian Sea, commencing Q3 2016.
