Foss Maritime and Østensjø Rederi AS announce MOU to establish an SOV partnership

Foss Maritime LLC and Østensjø Rederi AS have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to
establish a partnership to provide domestic Service Operation Vessels (SOVs) to owners and
operators of offshore wind projects in US waters.

The new partnership brings together two companies with unrelenting focus on safe and
efficient operations. Both companies have proven history of excellent HSEQ results and
longstanding relationships with clients. With state-of-the-art vessel designs and proven
solutions to client needs, the combined capabilities of Foss and Østensjø will provide
outstanding services to the offshore wind industry.
